The Shipping/Receiving Clerk will handle all aspects of shipping and receiving functions of part inventory and new product shipping. They will also be expected to perform all the functions of shipping & receiving per our defined procedures.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Receives goods into company ERP system, Acumatica.
  • Verifies the quality and quantity of all items.
  • Checks against Company PO and suppliers’ count.
  • Reports discrepancies to carriers and Supply Chain Manager per Receiving Process document(s)
  • Loads / unloads trucks using a forklift.
• Expected to learn and perform functions with the company ERP system, Acumatica. 
  • Receiving, shipments, returns, transfers, quality inspections, adjustments, and stock items.
  • Includes adding packing list, BOL, MTR, Certs, to each entry per our procedures.  
• Performs inbound and outbound shipping operations. 
  • Prepares bills of lading tickets for shipments 
  • Completes information on damage claims for in-transit damage.
  • Transports materials in shop vehicles as needed and move finished ZEVACs to 3rd party locations.
  • Will be trained to use all our shipping accounts.
• Performs inventory transactions and cycle counts.
• Attends Safety meetings and follows all safety requirements. 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Ability to accurately sort, count, and verify items received.
• Basic understanding of warehouse procedures.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Forklift and trailer experience.
• Desire to learn new ERP System.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a driver's license.
• Forklift and Trailer experience.

Physical Requirements: 

• Must be able to traverse the distribution warehouse and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching. 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. 
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse.
• Position is not a remote job.
